GameDay868 uses YouTube API Services to show match videos on our site and to put the match videos we record on our YouTube channel. When you watch a video on our site, you are using YouTube, so YouTube's own terms and Google's privacy policy apply as well as this policy:

What we get from YouTube. We use YouTube API Services to read public details about the videos on our own channel, GameDay868: each video's ID, its title, the date it was published and how many times it has been viewed. We keep these details with the match the video belongs to, so the video can appear on that match's page. We update them at least every 30 minutes, and we never keep them for more than 30 days without updating them. If a video is deleted or made private on YouTube, we take it off our site.

Putting videos on our channel. Our staff use a tool that signs in to our own YouTube channel, with permission given through Google's sign-in screen. The tool uploads the match videos we record and changes their titles and descriptions. The only YouTube account this tool signs in to is our own. We do not ask fans or anyone else to sign in with YouTube, and we do not collect, store or share any information about people who watch on YouTube or about any other YouTube account.

Videos on our pages. Videos on our pages play in YouTube's own player. When you press play, YouTube may set its own cookies and collect information. See the Google Privacy Policy above, and section 8 (Cookies and Tracking Technologies) of this policy.

We do not sell or share YouTube data. We do not sell any information we get from YouTube, and we do not share it with anyone.

Taking away access. Anyone who has given an app permission to use their Google or YouTube account can take that permission away at any time, on Google's security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. When access is taken away, we delete the sign-in we kept for it. To ask us to delete any other information, write to privacy@caribbeansports.ai.

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free.

We store the information we collect about you for as long as is necessary for the purpose(s) for which we originally collected it. We may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or as required by law. Information we get from YouTube is kept only as described in section 4: updated at least every 30 days, and removed when the video is no longer on YouTube.

You may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

• The right to access, update, or delete your personal information
• The right to opt-out of certain communications from us
• The right to request data portability
• The right to withdraw consent where we rely on it
